🍜🔥 20-Min Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry!🔥🍄  


Savory, crispy veggies in umami sauce! Vegan-friendly + gluten-free option (use tamari). Perfect weeknight win! 🌱⏱️  


⏱️ **Prep:** 10 min | **Cook:** 10 min | **Serves:** 4  


**Ingredients:**  

🥦 *Veggies:*  

450g broccoli florets  

280g mushrooms (cremini/button)  

🧄 *Aromatics:*  

2 garlic cloves (minced)  

2 tbsp oil  

🧂 *Sauce:*  

60ml soy sauce  

2 tsp sesame oil  

1 tbsp rice vinegar  

1 tsp sugar  

1 tbsp cornstarch  

½ tsp red pepper flakes (opt)  


**Instructions:**  

1️⃣ **Sauce:** Whisk soy + sesame oil + vinegar + sugar + cornstarch + pepper flakes.  

2️⃣ **Broccoli:** Blanch 30 sec → cold rinse.  

3️⃣ **Mushrooms:** Sauté 4-5 min until golden. Salt + pepper.  

4️⃣ **Garlic:** Add → stir 30 sec.  

5️⃣ **Combine:** Toss broccoli + sauce → stir 2-3 min until thick!
