• 1 zucchini, sliced

For the Sauce:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ½ tsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp honey
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper

For Garnish:
• Fresh dill or parsley, chopped

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dish:
