📝 Ingredients

🌶️ Muhammara Pesto:

• 2 roasted red peppers (or fresh, charred)

• 60g (½ cup) toasted walnuts

• 1 garlic clove

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• ¼ tsp ground cumin

• Chili flakes (optional)

🌽 Corn & Serve:

• 2 corn cobs

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 ball burrata

• Extra pomegranate molasses (for drizzle)

• Crusty bread (for serving)

• Fresh mint or parsley (garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Peppers: If using fresh, char over flame → steam in a bowl covered → peel skin.

2️⃣ Pesto: Blend roasted peppers + walnuts + garlic + olive oil + molasses + spices until slightly chunky.

3️⃣ Corn: Grill corn in 1 tbsp oil until charred. Cool slightly → slice off kernels.

4️⃣ Assemble: Swipe muhammara on a plate → place burrata in center → scatter corn → drizzle with pom molasses + herbs.

5️⃣ Serve: Pair with warm, crusty bread. Share immediately! ❤️
