Seafood in Spicy Garlic Sauce 🍤🌶️🧄



This recipe is a flavor explosion! Imagine succulent shrimp, tender squid, and juicy mussels swimming in a rich, spicy garlic sauce.  It's quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or a fun get-together.


😋 Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound squid, cleaned and cut into rings

1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1-2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (adjust to your spice level)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 green onion, thinly sliced


Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Add squid and mussels to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they open. Discard any that don't open.

4. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a simmer.

6. Return shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.

7. Stir in green onions and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
