🥑🐟 Grilled Salmon with Avocado-Tomato Salsa 🍅🌿

Light, juicy, and packed with vibrant flavors — this grilled salmon dish is the perfect healthy meal that doesn’t skimp on satisfaction!


🧂 Ingredients:

Salmon fillets

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cooked rice (for serving)

Lime wedges (for garnish)


🔥 Instructions:

1️⃣ Grill the Salmon:

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish is flaky and has a nice sear.

2️⃣ Make the Salsa:

In a bowl, gently combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Assemble:

Spoon cooked rice into bowls or plates. Top each with a grilled salmon fillet and a generous scoop of avocado-tomato salsa.

4️⃣ Finish & Serve:

Add a lime wedge on the side and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper. Serve immediately while fresh and warm!
