Beef & Thyme Roll
π₯©π§ Cheesy Beef & Thyme Roll
* 1.5 lbs (680 g) thinly sliced beef (flank steak works great!)
* 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella
Let's Get Cooking!
* Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
* In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
* Lay out beef slices slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
* Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the beef.
* Tightly roll the beef from one long side, securing with toothpicks if needed.
* Place the roll seam-down in a baking dish.
* Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
* Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
* Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
