✨ What you need (serves 2–3):
๐ฅฆ Cauliflower – 1 medium head (~600 g / 1.3 lb), cut into florets
๐ง Garlic – 2 cloves, minced + ½ tsp garlic powder
๐ง Parmesan cheese – 40 g / 1.4 oz, grated
๐ง Feta cheese – 20 g / 0.7 oz, crumbled (optional but delicious)
๐ Panko breadcrumbs – 60 g / 2.1 oz (~1 cup)
๐ถ Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
๐ถ Cayenne pepper – ¼ tsp (adjust to taste)
๐ Lemon zest – from ½ lemon + Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
๐ง Melted butter – 1 tbsp (15 g)
๐ซ Olive oil – 1.5 tbsp (22 ml)
๐ฟ Fresh parsley or chives – for garnish
๐ฏ Optional drizzle: honey or balsamic glaze – 1–2 tsp
✨ What to do:
1️⃣ Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, lemon zest, paprika & cayenne.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan & crumbled feta.
3️⃣ Coat florets in the cheesy breadcrumb mix.
4️⃣ Roast on parchment-lined tray at 425°F / 220°C for 30–35 min, flipping halfway.
5️⃣ Finish with lemon juice + fresh herbs.
6️⃣ Optional but ๐ฅ: a light drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze.
