π FISH BAKE WITH BROCCOLI

π§ INGREDIENTS
▫️ 400g white fish fillets (cod/haddock)
▫️ 750g broccoli florets
▫️ 3 tomatoes, sliced
▫️ 1 tsp mustard
▫️ 2 tsp dried oregano
▫️ 100ml vegetable broth
▫️ 50g grated Emmental cheese
▫️ 1 tbsp olive oil
▫️ Salt, pepper, nutmeg

1. Blanch broccoli 3 mins; drain.
2. Layer fish and tomatoes in greased dish.
3. Mix broth, mustard, oregano; pour over fish.
4. Top with broccoli, cheese, and spices.
5. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 18-20 mins.
Serve with herb sauce.
