Old Fashioned Fudge - Don't Lose This!

Ingredients:

 * 2 cups (400 g) sugar

 * 4 Tablespoons (20 g) Hershey's cocoa

 * 1 stick (113 g) salted butter

 * 5 ounce (142 g) can of Carnation Evaporated Milk

 * 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract

 * Nuts are optional

Instructions:

 * In a saucepan, mix the sugar and cocoa.

 * Add the butter and evaporated milk, then stir until the mixture starts boiling.

 * Continue to stir continuously for 7 minutes.

 * Remove from heat, add the vanilla, and stir continuously for another 3 minutes.

 * Pour into a buttered baking dish to set.

Great fudge in less than 20 minutes!
