One-Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon & Shrimp ๐ค๐

Ingredients:
Protein:
2 Salmon Fillets (6 oz / 170g each)
1 lb / 450g Large Shrimp, peeled & deveined
Veggies:
1 bunch Asparagus, trimmed
1 cup / 150g Cherry Tomatoes
Sauce:
4 tbsp / 60g Butter, divided
1 tbsp / 15ml Olive Oil
5-6 cloves Garlic, minced
¼ cup / 60ml White Wine or Broth
Juice of 1 Lemon
Fresh Parsley, Salt & Pepper
Easy Instructions:
Prep: Pat salmon & shrimp dry. Season well with salt & pepper.
Sear Salmon: In a large skillet on medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp / 15g butter with the oil. Sear salmon for 4-6 mins per side until golden. Remove from pan.
Cook Shrimp & Veggies: Add shrimp to the pan, cook 1-2 mins per side until pink. Remove. Add asparagus & tomatoes and sautรฉ for 3-5 mins until tender. Remove from pan.
Make Sauce: Lower heat. Melt remaining butter (3 tbsp / 45g). Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in wine/broth and lemon juice. Scrape the bottom of the pan and let it bubble for 2 minutes.
Combine: Return everything to the pan. Spoon the delicious sauce all over. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
