π· 1/2 cup dry white wine (120 ml)
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
π 1/2 cup chicken broth (120 ml)
π§ 1 tsp garlic, minced (approx. 3–5 g)
π 1 tsp lemon juice (approx. 5 ml)
πΏ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (approx. 4 g)
π§ Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1️⃣ Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. SautΓ© shallots + garlic until soft (2-3 mins).
2️⃣ Pour in wine π·—reduce by half (3-4 mins).
3️⃣ Add cream + broth. Simmer 5 mins until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Stir in lobster meat; cook 2-3 mins to infuse flavor.
5️⃣ Finish with lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Drizzle over pasta/risotto/seafood. Garnish with parsley!
