Prosciutto & Ricotta Rolls
⏱️ Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15–18 min

Ingredients:
π₯ 200g (7 oz) prosciutto, thinly sliced
π§ 1 cup ricotta cheese
π§ ½ cup grated Parmesan
πΏ ¼ cup chopped spinach (blanched or raw)
π§ 1 garlic clove, minced
π§ Salt & pepper

Cherry tomatoes, halved
π« Olive oil
π± Fresh basil (garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Roll filling in prosciutto slices.
- Place in baking dish, top with tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 15–18 mins, until edges are crisp & filling is bubbly.
