Prosciutto & Ricotta Rolls
⏱️ Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15–18 min
🍽️ Serves: 4

Ingredients:
πŸ₯“ 200g (7 oz) prosciutto, thinly sliced
πŸ§€ 1 cup ricotta cheese
πŸ§‚ ½ cup grated Parmesan
🌿 ¼ cup chopped spinach (blanched or raw)
πŸ§„ 1 garlic clove, minced
πŸ§‚ Salt & pepper
πŸ… Cherry tomatoes, halved
πŸ«’ Olive oil
🌱 Fresh basil (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt & pepper.
  3. Roll filling in prosciutto slices.
