▫️ 250g tomatoes
▫️ 50g streaky bacon
▫️ Butter (for greasing)
▫️ Salt, nutmeg, white pepper
▫️ 1 tsp oregano
▫️ 4 anchovy fillets
▫️ 20g grated Parmesan

1. **Prep spinach:**
→ Fresh: Wash & drain well
→ Frozen: Cook with 4-5 tbsp water (5-7 min covered)
2. **Chop:**
→ Dice bacon finely
→ Cube tomatoes roughly
3. **Layer in greased dish:**
→ Spinach (seasoned)
→ Bacon → Tomatoes + oregano
→ Anchovies → Parmesan
4. **Bake uncovered 6-8 min**
