Ingredients:

500g Salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces  

2 tbsp Olive oil  

1 tbsp Paprika  

1 tsp Garlic powder  

Salt and pepper to taste  

Sauce:

100ml Heavy cream  

2 tbsp Dijon mustard  

1 tbsp Lemon juice  

Fresh chives, chopped  

Instructions:

-Marinate salmon in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  

-Pan-sear or bake salmon until cooked through.  

-Whisk together cream, mustard, and lemon juice for the sauce.  

-Drizzle sauce over salmon and garnish with chives.
