Golden, garlicky, and ridiculously addictive — this plant-based side (or main!) is roasted to crispy perfection with just a handful of pantry staples.
✨ Vegan-friendly | Low-carb | High in fiber ✨


๐Ÿฅฆ Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 large head of cauliflower (approx. 2 lbs / 900 g), cut into florets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan or aged cheese for extra umami ๐Ÿง€


๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking tray with parchment.
2️⃣ In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Spread evenly on the tray. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
4️⃣ Optional: Sprinkle with cheese in the last 5 minutes for a melted crust.
5️⃣ Serve hot as a snack, side, or meat-free main!
