This lush sauce adds earthy mushrooms and a whisper of brandy or cognac for that chef's kiss gourmet touch — alcohol cooks off, flavor stays!

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

• 4 beef tenderloin steaks (180 g / 6.3 oz each)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml / 0.5 oz)
• 100 g mushrooms (cremini/button), sliced
• 2 tbsp brandy or cognac (or broth/red wine)
• 120 ml heavy cream (½ cup)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste

๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions:

1️⃣ Season steaks with salt & pepper. Sear in hot olive oil, ~3–4 min/side. Remove.
2️⃣ Sautรฉ mushrooms in same pan, 3–5 min until soft and golden.
3️⃣ Add brandy/cognac. Scrape & simmer ~30 sec (alcohol cooks off!).
4️⃣ Stir in cream + Worcestershire. Simmer ~2 min until creamy.
5️⃣ Return beef to coat. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with roasted veg or mashed cauliflower!
