Golden, crusty sourdough filled with luscious garlic shrimp in a creamy Parmesan sauce — a show-stopping comfort dish that’s easier than it looks!

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

1 round sourdough loaf (approx. 500g / 1.1 lb)

500g / 1.1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

50g / 3.5 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

200ml / ¾ cup + 1 tbsp heavy cream

100g / 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt & black pepper to taste

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
๐Ÿชต Hollow out the sourdough loaf → save the bread chunks for dipping!
2️⃣ Make the sauce: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat → sautรฉ garlic until fragrant (1 min).
3️⃣ Add shrimp → cook 3–4 min until pink & cooked through.
4️⃣ Pour in cream & stir in Parmesan → cook 2–3 min until thickened. Season with salt & pepper.
5️⃣ Assemble: Pour shrimp mixture into the hollow bread bowl.
6️⃣ Bake: 15–20 min until bubbling and heated through.
7️⃣ Serve: Garnish with parsley. Dip with bread chunks or enjoy by the spoonful!
