๐Ÿค Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Pasta ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฟ

Juicy shrimp, tender pasta, and a luscious garlic cream sauce loaded with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach — this Tuscan-inspired dish is pure comfort in every bite.


๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients

250g rotini or any pasta you like

10–12 shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach

⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), thinly sliced

Salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2. Sautรฉ the Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Build the Sauce:

In the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic for about 30 seconds.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.

Pour in the heavy cream, stir in Parmesan, and season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Combine Everything:

Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss well to coat in the creamy sauce.

5. Serve:

Plate immediately and top with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy warm!
