  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 3 large flour tortillas (25–28cm)
  • 1 cup (60g) chopped lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup (60g) avocado mayo, herbed mayo or tzatziki
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional)

Grill or pan-sear 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

2️⃣ Warm Tortillas:

3️⃣ Assemble:
Spread avocado mayo or tzatziki on each wrap.
