Mediterranean-Style Herb Baked Fish π✨

Ingredients:
• 4 white fish fillets (cod/tilapia/haddock)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon, sliced π
• 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
• 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced π«
• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved π
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled π§
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Place fish on parchment-lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ Drizzle with oil, sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper.
4️⃣ Top with lemons, oregano, olives, tomatoes.
5️⃣ Bake 15-20 mins until fish flakes easily.
6️⃣ Sprinkle feta! Serve with veggies/rice.
