*Ingredients:*

- 4 white fish fillets (cod, sea bass, or tilapia)

- 1 zucchini, sliced

- 1 yellow squash, sliced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 red onion, sliced

- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt & pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

*Instructions:*

1. *Preheat oven* to 200°C (400°F).

2. *Place fish fillets* in a greased baking dish.

3. Scatter *zucchini, squash, tomatoes, and onion* around the fish.

4. In a small bowl, mix *olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper*.

5. Pour the mixture evenly over fish and veggies.

6. Top each fish with *lemon slices*.

7. *Bake* uncovered for 18–22 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

8. Garnish with *fresh herbs* and serve hot.
