๐ง Ingredients (Serves 2):
• 2 flounder fillets
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Lemon slices (for garnish)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Make Sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice & zest, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Add Fish: Place flounder in baking dish and pour sauce evenly over top.
4️⃣ Bake for 12–15 min, until flaky and cooked through.
5️⃣ Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
