  • 30 g (¼ cup) grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

For the whipped feta dip:

  • 150 g (5 oz) feta cheese
  • 60 g (2 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream (to loosen texture)

For topping:

  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or honey + chili flakes) 🌢️
