๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿ Decadent Lobster Alfredo Fettuccine – A Luxurious Twist on a Classic Pasta Dish

What You’ll Need (2–3 servings)


12 oz (340 g) dry fettuccine pasta


2 tbsp unsalted butter


2 tbsp olive oil


4 cloves garlic, finely minced


1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream


¾ cup (75 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese


8 oz (225 g) cooked lobster meat, chopped


Salt & pepper, to taste


Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


How to Make It

1️⃣ Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

2️⃣ In a skillet, heat butter + olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ 1–2 min until fragrant.

3️⃣ Stir in cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth.

4️⃣ Add lobster meat, season with salt & pepper, and simmer 2–3 min.

5️⃣ Toss pasta with sauce (add a splash of pasta water if needed). Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
