π Ingredients
• 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed & cut (2-inch pieces)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
π©π³ Instructions
1️⃣ SautΓ© Asparagus – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, season with salt & pepper, and cook for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Remove & set aside.
2️⃣ Cook Shrimp – In the same pan, melt butter. SautΓ© garlic for 30 sec. Add shrimp, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 min per side until pink & fully cooked.
3️⃣ Combine & Finish – Return asparagus to the pan. Add lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, and toss gently. Serve hot! π€πΏ
