Grilled Cod with Herbs and Spices


*Ingredients:*

- 2 cod fillets  

- 1 tsp smoked paprika  

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin  

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder  

- Salt & black pepper to taste  

- 2 tbsp olive oil  

- Juice of 1/2 lemon  

- Fresh herbs (like microgreens or thyme) for garnish  

- Roasted cherry tomatoes or a side salad  


*Instructions:*

1. In a small bowl, mix the spices, olive oil, and lemon juice.  

2. Rub the mixture all over the cod fillets.  

3. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium-high heat.  

4. Cook the cod for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.  

5. Serve over roasted tomatoes or salad and garnish with fresh herbs.


*Serving suggestion:* Great with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
