Grilled Salmon with Creamy Mustard Sauce


*Ingredients:*

- 4 salmon fillets  

- 1 tbsp olive oil  

- Salt & pepper to taste  

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)


*For the sauce:*

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard  

- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard  

- 1/2 cup heavy cream  

- 1 tsp honey (optional)  

- 1 tsp lemon juice  

- Salt & pepper to taste


*Instructions:*

1. *Prepare salmon*: Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

2. *Grill*: Grill fillets skin-side down on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

3. *Make the sauce*: In a small pan, mix mustards, cream, lemon juice, and honey. Simmer 2–3 minutes on low until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper.

4. *Serve*: Drizzle sauce over salmon, garnish with parsley or green onions.
