For the Meatballs:
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ lb ground pork
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Shrimp Cream Sauce:
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
๐จ๐ณ Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley until fully combined.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
2️⃣ Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sautรฉ the Shrimp
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Build the Cream Sauce
In the same pan, sautรฉ garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in Parmesan, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened slightly.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve
Return the shrimp and meatballs to the sauce. Toss gently and cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish with chopped basil and serve warm — over pasta, mashed potatoes, or with crusty bread.
