Zesty Lemon Garlic Butter Fish Fillets πŸ‹πŸ§„πŸŸ

Light, flaky, and full of citrusy goodness — these pan-roasted fish fillets are infused with lemon zest, garlic, and rich butter for a simple yet elegant dinner.

Ingredients:

4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, halibut, or sole)

Juice and zest of 2 lemons

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Fish

Place fish fillets on a lined baking sheet or pan. Preheat your oven or pan if roasting or searing.

2️⃣ Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.

3️⃣ Coat & Cook

Pour the lemon butter mixture over the fish fillets. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or pan-sear until the fish is flaky and opaque.
